College Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46220 Office: 317-757-6926 (directions & map below) We are located in the 'McLane Realty' office building on North College Ave. between 63rd & 64th streets (1.5 blocks north of the Vogue Nightclub on the west side of College Ave.). Our building is a one-story, red brick structure and can be identified by a large white sign near the road reading 'McLane Realty'. Simply turn in either drive beside the building for parking in the back. Then, enter the building through the back entrance to the Event One office. |

From the South:Follow I-465 East to Indy's north side.
Take exit #31 for Meridian St./US-31.
Turn Left (South) onto Meridian St. and follow 3.4 miles to 71st Street.
Turn Left (East) onto 71st and follow 0.6 miles to College Ave.
Turn Right (South) onto College Ave. and follow 0.8 miles to the Event One office.
Our office will be on your right (West) side shortly after the 64th street stoplight.
From the West:
Follow I-465 North to Indy's Northwest side.
Take exit #21 for 71st.
Turn right (East) onto 71st and follow 6.5 miles to College Ave.
Turn Right (South) onto College Ave. and follow 0.8 miles to the Event One office.
Our office will be on your right (West) side shortly after the 64th street stoplight.
From the North:
Follow I-465 to Indy's far North side.
